Scope of work: We custom fabricated and installed all the millwork in the amenities and public spaces of this 50-story residential condominium overlooking City Hall Park. The lobby featured scalloped solid oak and solid walnut wall paneling and a beautiful exotic wood veneer reception desk. We also coordinated, fabricated, and installed the ebony-stained walnut millwork in the mailroom. The 3rd Floor Amenity Space featured a custom-stained cerused oak throughout the millwork and trim in spaces such as the Reading Room, Dining Room, Entertainment Room, Children’s Playroom, Gym, and much more.
