Scope of work: It was a privilege to work on this Long Island City project since it was one of the first luxury residential buildings in the area. Our work in the lobby featured blackened steel panels, a reception desk, and wide wood planks on the green wall. The amenity roof for tenants featured a custom fabricated kitchen and bar made of blackened steel.
