Scope of work: We had the privilege of fabricating and installing the lobby millwork at this landmark building of Morgan North, a 10-story/1.3M SF development originally built in 1933. This project is a renovation and expansion of portions of an existing federal mail facility to accommodate commercial tenants/office space. Some of our work in the lobby features a custom reception desk, a large amount of wood wall paneling, wood ceiling paneling, hidden wood doors, cement-casted columns, banquette seating, trim surround, and much more. The material used throughout were beautiful full-length Douglas Fir planks provided by Dinesen.
